Adria Kempner

Instructional Designer

Adria Kempner holds a degree in education from the University of Denver, an MBA from the University of Puget Sound, and a Masters in instructional technology from North Carolina State University. She has worked as a classroom teacher for K–12, post high school, and college levels. She has also developed, coordinated, and supervised ESL and job training programs for the State of Washington, worked on alternative education for at-risk teens in Massachusetts, and spent years as a technology coordinator in North Carolina. Adria currently teaches college-level courses in team management and online course development, and works as an instructional designer for the North Carolina School of Science and Math.

In the private sector, Adria worked for corporations including DowBrands, Texas University Credit Union, and IBM in the areas of administration, marketing, training, supervision, and communication. She has been a business consultant for small businesses in management, marketing, and technical support for more than fifteen years.
