Adria Kempner holds degrees in education, business, and instructional technology. In her work in both business and education, she has been involved in:

  • team development and facilitation
  • instructional design and instructional technology curriculum development
  • technology planning and implementation
  • job development and training
  • marketing and administration
  • technical support

In the educational arena, she has worked as a classroom teacher for K–12, post high school, and college levels. She has also developed, coordinated, and supervised ESL and job training programs for the State of Washington, worked on alternative education for at-risk teens in Massachusetts, and spent years as a technology coordinator in North Carolina. Adria currently teaches college level courses in team management and online course development. She is also working with the North Carolina public schools and PTA to limit overexposure to media influences.

In the private sector, Adria worked for corporations including DowBrands, Texas University Credit Union, and IBM in the areas of administration, marketing, training, supervision, and communication. She has been a business consultant for small businesses in management, marketing, and technical support for more than fifteen years.
