Gail Burchfiel

Director of Online Learning

Gail Burchfiel joined LEARN NC in 2006 as an instructional designer with over ten years experience. Gail previously worked for Deltakedu, Collegis, and Eduprise designing courses for higher education clients. Prior to that, she worked at the Center for Instructional Technology at the University of North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, and a M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Educational Media from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As Director of Online Learning, Gail oversees the development of LEARN NC's online courses.
