Jason Cooper

Senior Systems Administrator

Jason joined LEARN NC in May 2008 to as Senior Systems Administrator to maintain and expand our existing IT infrastructure. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University. As Senior Systems Administrator, Jason makes sure that all of the content created by the talented people at LEARN NC is available any time, day or night. Previous stops on the tour include the Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries, the University of Maryland Institute for Systems Research, and Red Hat, Inc.

When not watching the blinking lights, Jason enjoys a good game of trivia, working on and racing cars (legally of course), and is a huge music and movie geek. He is a classically trained bass violin player and recently made the switch to electric bass guitar.
