Help Desk

Jean-Marie joined LEARN NC in the winter of 2005. As the primary LEARN NC help desk technician, hers is the first voice you will hear upon contacting the help desk. Before joining LEARN NC’s full-time staff, she worked as a temporary student help desk assistant. She has worked in retail for several years, but prefers working with technology.

Jean is currently a Psychology major at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. When not working at LEARN, she spends much (read: all) of her time doing homework. Still, she enjoys traveling, discovering new foods, and a good laugh whenever possible.
