Kim Campbell
Former Staff
Kim Campbell served as LEARN NC's associate editor from 2005 to 2007. In this capacity she developed the lesson plan collection, provided editorial guidance for Web publications, and tended to the everyday responsibilities of managing the LEARN NC website.
Kim holds a master's of science degree in library science from the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she focused on cultural institutions and the school library – and the educational possibilities created when the two are regarded as equal members of the same community. She is also a certified media coordinator in the state of North Carolina.
In addition to her work in the education and library science fields, Kim has also worked as a linguist, analytical writer, and editor.
In her free time, you can find Kim in the garden digging around in her collection of morning glories and trying to turn her hydrangeas blue.
