Sashi Rayasam

Instructor

Sashi Rayasam currently serves as the ESL Director of Durham Public Schools, North Carolina.

She has been in the field of Education since the last twenty-five years, teaching from pre-K–12. She holds North Carolina certification in 6–8 and 9–12 English Language Arts and K–12 ESL. In addition she has been National Board Certified in English as a New Language since 2003.

She is interested in online professional development and has been using LEARN NC resources for more than three years to educate teachers with respect to teaching English language learners.
