Tisha Duncan began working as a LEARN NC graduate assistant for the 2006–2007 school year. She has a variety of responsibilities working with our online professional development programs.
Tisha is a former elementary school teacher with Person County Schools and gifted education specialist with Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Child Development from Meredith College and holds various education certifications including National Board-Middle Childhood Generalist. Tisha received her Master's in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2005 and is currently a doctoral student in the Curriculum and Instruction program at UNC-Chapel Hill.
