Brain Pop is a website that features Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Health, and Technology topics for grades K - 8. Developed according to national standards (NCTM, NSES, & NCTE), this resource contains hundreds of topics that present students with an engaging, enlightening, and entertaining view of a given subject. Each topic combines a 2-4 minute animated movie, along with various features such as interactive quizzes, experiments, timelines, how-to segments, comic strips, and printable activity pages to help present the subject.

Many materials are available by simply browsing the website. It is, however, a fee-based subscription service, and thus several features require registering and logging into the site. Individuals or school systems can try out a 14 day trial period for free.
