A collaboration between Conservation International and Intel Corporation resulted in Investigate Biodiversity, a website for students, educators and people who are curious about conservation. On Investigate Biodiversity you will find:

  • The "basics" behind biodiversity conservation and find out about certain threats and hotspots in the world.
  • Expeditions to endangered ecosystems such as Botswana, Brazil, Guyana, and more will provide you with an opportunity to follow field scientists while learning about conservation issues, research methods, exotic locations, and species. You might even pick up a bit of information about their culture along the way!
  • The seven steps, in detail, to a successful science research project.
  • Things you can do to help preserve biodiversity at home, school, at work, in the community, and more.
  • Information on careers in conservation, profiles of careers, and the fields of study for a career in conservation.
  • An examination of the primate family, and the issues surrounding their existence and conservation.
