This is the companion website to the New Hampshire Public Television show NatureWorks. The site provides basic concepts about the animal world like coloration, communication, habitat, adaptation and biomes. Information about issues such as invasive species, population dynamics and endangered species is also available. The Nature Files are organized by these larger concept topics or you may look at entries for specific animals – over 120 animals are profiled with images, vital statistics and even audio. The animals included are native to North America. This site offers extensive content and can be used apart form the television series but if you want to purchase the videos a link is included.
