Preserving North Carolina folk arts is an integral part of the folk art tradition and shares the stage with crafting and fine-tuning the various art forms. Eleven artists are highlighted on this site. Their art forms are varied. There are musicians, a potter, a weaver, a quilter, dancers, gospel singers, even a pit barbecuer. Each one explains their arts in a multimedia presentation.
