Nutrition Cafe is a joint endeavor of the Pacific Science Center and the Washington State Dairy Council to introduce students to nutrition, essential nutrients, and meal planning. Students learn through interactive games in which they become a nutrition sleuth to discover what nutrients each victim is missing; answer questions about bone building, food basics, weight control, fast foods, and more; and build a meal to make sure they have their nutrition needs covered.

This site also contains an interactive food guide pyramid, a nutrition glossary, and dietary guidelines for Americans.
