e-Learning for Educators - Using Digital Portfolios to Foster Student Learning
This course is offered as a part of the e-Learning for Educators project, a partnership between LEARN NC, The Friday Institute for Educational Innovation at North Carolina State University College of Education, UNC-TV, the North Carolina Department of Instruction, and the North Carolina Virtual Public School. Begins April 6
Take an in-depth look at the power of digital portfolios to document student learning. Explore a variety of tools for creating and assembling digital portfolios, and investigate portfolio component criteria.
You will leave the workshop with detailed plans for implementing a digital portfolio project in your own classroom.
Audience
This course is appropriate for teachers of all subjects and grade levels.
Time commitment
2-5 hours per week.
