Electionworld: Run for several years as an independent site, Electionworld is in the process of incorporating their content into Wikipedia. Though now in a less accountable format the page still contains information and resources on elections, parties, parliaments, and politics around the world - if you are looking for the results of the recent elections in Azerbaijan, a rundown of Peruvian political parties, or the makeup of the Slovakian parliament, this is a good place to look.
International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA): Worldwide voter turnout from 1945 to date. IDEA is “an intergovernmental organization that seeks to nurture and support sustainable democracy world-wide”; other resources on building democracy are also available on its website.
