William K. Scott was born in 1896 in Alamance County, North Carolina.
Mr. Scott graduated from NC State College and went on to be a senator from North Carolina.
He really loved farming and owned a dairy farm of his own.
At one point in his career he was the Commissioner of Agriculture for the state.
