The Classical Music Archives is a collection of high quality classical music files on the Internet in MIDI, MP3, and Windows Media Audio (WMA) formats. The Classical Music Archives offers only full tracks and does not include short clips of any kind.There are 30,870 classical music files you can listen to at the click of your mouse. All MIDI and many MP3 files are free to listen to and/or download. All WMA streams are free as well but cannot be saved. A subscription (begins at $25 per year) allows you to download files unavailable to non-subscribers: HiFi MP3 files, ZIP collections of MIDI files, One-Click Concert tickets. In addition a subscription offers many additional benefits such as dramatically increasing the number of classical music files you can listen to in one day.Works by 1,937 composers are represented, searchable in the following indexes:

Major composers, such as Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and Chopin, have their own dedicated pages. Live recordings are also offered, performed by contemporary artists. These files are available as WMA streams to all, and as HiFi MP3 files to our subscribers.
The Classical Music Archives also offers Illustrated Composer Biographies and Work Lists, Timelines, a Learning Center, links to orchestras and resources, and many other valuable contents to classical music lovers.
