everythingESL.net
“Have you been looking for a good Web site with information dealing with English as a Second Language?” When Judie Haynes, NEA member from the River Edge Elementary School in River Edge, New Jersey couldn’t find much information on the internet for elementary E.S.L. students and teachers, she decided to develop a web site for ESL, bilingual and classroom teachers of language minority students. The result is EverythingESL.net. Here you find content-based E.S.L. lesson plans, downloadable activities to accompany these plans, and reviews of classroom materials. The site provides professional development ideas and strategies for mainstream teachers. There are also interactive discussion boards where teachers can discuss issues related to E.S.L. and bilingual education. (described by the National Education Association.)Don’t miss:
