The American School Counselor Association is the national organization representing the school counseling profession. ASCA focuses on providing professional development, enhancing school counseling programs and researching effective school counseling practices. Publications include Professional School Counseling and ASCA School Counselor journals, and the curriculum guides of the School Counselor Resource Series. Through print, workshops and conferences, the ASCA provides resources, research and advocacy to fulfill its commitment to support all school counselors and all students.
