Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) is committed to providing member services and resources in teaching and learning for the success of all learners. Founded in 1943, ASCD provides professional development in curriculum and supervision; encourages research, evaluation, and theory development; and disseminates information on education issues ranging from inclusion to parent involvement, learning styles to school leadership. The site contains a conference and workshop area, on-line professional development courses, curriculum updated abstracts, an educators exchange forum, and links for educational issues on the web.
