One of the “most shocking days in American history”, September 11, 2001 will forever be remembered as having a profound affect on the country. Shortly after the events of that day, the Museum of American History began collecting objects related to the terrorist attacks. This website shows a fraction of these objects. Each object has a description and some also have audio commentary. Viewers may also study the objects more closely with the zoom feature.
