Using a “modified Montessori approach to teaching reading”, the Literacy Center Education Network provides free lessons for young students. The site has lessons for letter, shapes, numbers, colors, writing, words, and keyboard in four languages: English, Spanish, German and French. When a student clicks on a topic, for instance, letters, they will hear the pronunciation of the letter. They will then click on a triangle to go one to the next letter.
