As a part of the Internet Public Library’s Kidspace, this section shows students how to say hello in 28 languages, including braille and sign language. Each language has a sentence written in English, “Hello, my name is …” The sentence is translated into the language the student has chosen.
The site also provides English words that come from other languages. In addition, there are links to websites that provide cultural information, the alphabet, and websites that teach the language.
