From biography to bible stories, The Baldwin Online Children’s Literature Project includes literature for children published from 1880 to 1920. The goal of this project is bringing yesterday’s classics to today’s children. It was named after the noted author James Baldwin (1841-1925) who was responsible for adapting a number of stories about history, mythology and heroic figures into stories for children.
