“The Shodor Education Foundation is a non-profit research and education organization dedicated to the advancement of science and math education, specifically through the use of modeling and simulation technologies.” Included on this site are instructional resources and software ready to be used in the classroom. Projects include Chemistry Visualization, BRL: Braille Through Remote Learning, mathematical modeling and computational science tools.
The Shodor Educational Foundation also provides workshops, online courses, and educational resources to “familiarize undergraduate faculty and K-12 teachers with Internet technologies and computational methods in science and mathematics, assisting them in incorporating these technologies into instruction and professional activities.”
