AskAsia.org is a resource of the Asia Society. The Society’s mission is to “strengthen mutual understanding between the United States and Asia in support of positive engagement between their societies and peoples.” The AskAsia website offers extensive resources for K-12 Asian and Asian American studies. Examine the special features to learn about Asian art, Korea, rare Asian manuscripts, and temples and food.
In the Students section find readings organized by country about a wide variety of topics from origami to religions to Asian stereotypes. Students will also find timelines, activities and games, photographic images, and maps.
