Math Central is an internet service for mathematics students and teaches. This site is maintained by faculty and students in Mathematics and Statisitcs and Mathematics Education at the University of Regina in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. It became an internet site in September, 1995 and has since earned several awards. Our site is designed for learners of all ages, but we take care to ensure everything on the site is safe for children. .
The Resource Room provides access to the math glossary as well as search engines to return articles that either focus or mention the search topic. Similarly, examples of work are offered through Quandaries and Queries where previous questions submitted for assistance are posted with their answers. Questions can be submitted through a form on this page. There is list of instructional resources listed by education level and curriculum strand.
The Problem of the Month presents both a problem and instructions for submitting an answer. Past problems and their solutions are available for review.
Links to related publications are available, though it is important to note that they are not the publications of this site nor are they maintained by this site.
