Founded by Paul C. Gorski in 1995, this website’s mission includes providing resources, facilitating understanding, and fostering communication to embrace our diverse culture.
Awareness Activities provide a variety of methods to increase understanding through Strategies and Preparation, Icebreakers, and Introspectives.

The Teachers Corner is organized as a Teaching Toolbox with links to information on Concepts & Philosophies, Classroom Resources, Resource Links, and Resource Archives. The Training and Workshops page provides information on the organizations training mission, workshop opportunities, and methods.
Additional resources include links to Quotes, News, Songs and Speeches. Quotes include related quips and quotes on diversity and education. News can be found through EdTech (published information on the digital divide), the EdChange listserv, the Research Room (original essays and articles), and Social Justice News (latest information from worldwide sources).
