The goal of this site is to gather as much information about the environment as possible and then provide that information to people for free. The target audience is high school to university students and teachers, but anyone can use the site. The information is presented in two main formats, maps and schematics. The maps are broken into four major categories: Humans, Land Use, Ecosystems, and Water Resources. The schematics section looks at natural cycles and resource systems on Earth using animated presentations.
