A lesson plan for grades K–1 Mathematics
This lesson, one of a five-part unit from Illuminations titled “Investigating Shapes: Recognizing, Constructing, and Identifying Triangles,” students identify and recognize triangles using multiple representations. Students use attribute-blocks and engage in several activities while exploring the characteristics of triangles.
