A lesson plan for grades K–3 Social Studies
In this EconEdLink lesson, students understand what businesses are and that a marketplace exists whenever buyers and sellers exchange goods and services. Students also learn that there is competition in the marketplace if you have more than one seller of the same item or similar items. Students also identify business competitors in their community. This lesson incorporates an interactive student activity and links to a variety of web resources.
