A lesson plan for grades K–4 Visual Arts Education
In this lesson from ARTSEDGE, students explore characteristics of the wind through observation and discussion of several of Vincent van Gogh’s paintings, and through poetry, pantomime, and painting. Students also learn about the different ratings of the Beaufort scale. This lesson is part of a curriculum unit titled “Scientific Impressions.”
