There is also background information and there are interactive and traditional maps so that you can analyze the Middle East in light of current events. One gallery covers the Taliban, one has photographs concerning the Northern Alliance, one is about war and includes photographs of John Walker Lindh, and one gallery contains Robert Young Pelton’s photographs of Afghanistan and reveals both the danger and the hope present in Afghanistan.
