Power and politics: Lesson 2 (ELP)
This is the second in a series of three lessons. Beginning with an introduction to political ideology, the modules proceed to a study of the American political process and elections. The other lessons are Power and Politics: ELP - Lesson 1 and Power and Politics: ELP - Lesson 3.
Lesson 2 : This lesson depends on access to computers and the internet. Students have an opportunity to engage in three inventories that progress from assessing one's own position on the political spectrum to answering questions about issues that align them with political candidates.
