In this lesson, students will be introduced to a variety of materials and explore putting them together. Students will engage in an inquiry-based learning experience to reinforce math, science, and technology standards. They will create plans for ramps by evaluating a variety of materials provided by the teacher. The Science NetLinks lesson entitled Let it Roll would serve as a good precursor to this lesson.
