A lesson plan for Grades 5–6 Science
The purpose of this activity is to understand the diversity of the scientific enterprise. The lesson provides several activities that can be done in a series or individually to help students understand the diversity of science, both in terms of the work and the people engaged in the work. Science Netlinks provides links to helpful online resources and detailed instructions for completing the activity.
