Excellent (10)

Good (7–9)

Satisfactory (4–6)

Poor (1–3)

Sensory images inlcuding use of language and punctuation. Vivid, detailed images and intensely felt emotion using rich and imaginative language with punctuation, which conveys thoughts and images.        
Style and rhythm. Rhythm and style of presenation are in accordance with style of poem.        
Speaks clearly with eye contact. Speaks clearly and distinctly, no mispronunciation of words or stammering. Volume is loud enough to be heard by all audience members.
