Pumpkin Pie Recipe Ingredients 1 unbaked pie shell (I prefer the Pillsbury brand found in the grocery store refrigerator section. They come 2 per box.) 2 cups (1 16 oz can) pumpkin 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice Directions 1. Blend all of the ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Pour the mixture into the pie shells. ( recommend spraying pie plates with canola oil first) 3. Bake the pie in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50-55 minutes (or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean) 4. Cool for an hour Serve with whip cream if desired
