1	unacceptable, shows no effort and/or imagination (equivalent of an F)
2	below average, shows little effort and/or imagination (“D”)
3	average or at standard (“C”)
4	above average, shows good effort and creativity (“B”)
5	superior/outstanding/BRAVO (“A”)
