Data Collection Sheet

     1. Begin with the first box.
     2. Read the name of the shape.
     3. Draw the shape in the box.
     4. Look at the painting and locate that geometric shape in the painting.
     5. Count how many times the shape appears in the painting and write the number in
     the box.
     7. Continue and complete the information for all the other blocks.
     8. Share your information with your group.
