Vocabulary Cube Directions

1. Cut out the five cube templates.

2. For each cube follow these directions:

a. In Box 1 write the Critical Vocabulary Word

b. In Box 2 write the definition of the Critical Vocabulary Word

c. In Box 3 write or draw something personal that the Critical Vocabulary Word reminds you of

d. In Box 4 write a synonym for the Critical Vocabulary Word

e. In Box 5 Write an antonym for the Critical Vocabulary Word

f. In Box 6 create an illustration for the Critical Vocabulary Word

3. Using a glue stick paste the appropriate flaps and fold your template to make a cube.

4. Using the string that is available at your group hang the Vocabulary Cubes from your coat hanger to make a mobile.
