This is an advertisement for Scott’s Emulsion, a weight gain product sold in the late 1800s. It claims that it will cure “all forms of wasting diseases” including consumption, bronchitis, scrofula, coughs and colds. The advertisement was found in the January 1890 issue of Peterson’s magazine.
