A monument dedicated to Hamburg residents killed in the bombing of that city.

Sizes available: 800×600 | 300×225

A simple monument, dedicated to the victims of the bombing of a shelter during World War II, stands in Hamburg, Germany. A stone figure crouches in a corner of two brick walls. A few of the bricks are missing to show that the “building” has been damaged. In front of the figure, someone has placed a potted plant with red foliage. A dusting of snow is on the ground.
