Men and women drive motorcycles through downtown Phnom Penh on a wide street with parked cars and two- or three-story commercial buildings. Most of the white or tan buildings in the background have painted stucco exteriors, tile roofs, and balconies. The parked cars are small sedans. Two large blue signs on storefronts advertizing a cigarette brand read, “Mild Seven.”
