Seated woman selling fruit

Size: 1024×682

A seated woman sells three types of fruit — oranges, pineapples, and a small unidentified red fruit. She has a purple cloth over her head, most likely to keep the sun off of her face.

Saquisilí, Ecuador is famous for its huge market where you can find anything from fresh tropical fruit, to live pigs, to traditional Andean Indian products like Alpaca wool. This picture shows a woman selling her goods at the fruit market where you’re likely to find apples, pineapples, bananas, pears, grapes, papayas, tree tomatoes, lemons, granadillas, mangoes, naranjillas, and zapotes.
