In many areas of Latin America, public transportation systems remain in their infancy. While cars remain prohibitively expensive for much of the population, public transportation is the only viable solution. Here we see a truck overly burdened with passengers. Possibly, the passengers are seasonal laborers leaving the urban center to work in the outlying agricultural fields.
