Ecuadorian flowers

Size: 686×1024

Blue and white flowers are framed by red blooming flowers.

These flowers are from the highlands region of Ecuador. Ecuador has begun developing its vast oil reserves, but the country still retains much of its ecological diversity. From the coastal plantations, the rainforest in the east, to the mountain flowers pictured here, Ecuador still is an agricultural nation.
