This is a recording of a young boy, Izzudin (11), singing what is probably a popular song in Malaysia. He is singing in Bahasa Melayu. His little brother Aizzad (5) helps out a bit, as does his father when he forgets some lyrics.

From my journal:

Supposed to call Ibrahim at 11am, but he was waiting for us at 10:30am.… Then he picked up his sons and we headed to Kota Bharu. Stopped by a park- watched kids play. Paid for them to ride motorized cars. Slide made of marble — wonderfully fast with my baju kurong on. When we got to KB, I was a little frazzled. I guess by the boys and the loudness, need for attention, the learning the language. Said goodbye.
