Land slide, terraced fields, village houses and patches of forests

En route from Ghorepaani to Taatopaani, Nepal, the bare rock of the mountain can be seen where a landslide has removed the vegetation. Landslides are regular occurrences during the monsoon in the mountains. They wash away bare mountain sides, terraced fields and, at times, even houses.
