In Nepal, a woman carries a load in a bamboo basket called a doko. She is wearing a red blouse and a colorful lungi — a cloth garment worn around the waist.
Goods are transported on people’s backs across much of the mountains in Nepal. Both men and women are involved in laboring for transporting goods.
