Walking through a village trail in western mountain, Nepal

Size: 675×1024

At Khobang, en route from Ghasa to Tukche, Nepal, a tourist and his guide-porter walk into the village in the western mountain region of Nepal.

The pipes running alongside the cobblestone trail probably bring water into the village. This village also has electricity, possibly generated by the large hydroelectric facility on the nearby Kali Gandaki River.
